Daniel has a phenomenal memory and is always the first to recognize any celebrities that happen to wander into the deli. He has been at Perry's since 1990 and is responsible for cooking and slicing all the meats. Daniel loves bike riding and has nine birds. He is known as the "Birdman of Leland".
